Times are tricky. Resilience is a super-power. Wellbeing is a tender balance of feeling loved, nourished, involved, active and valued with meaningful connections. If the secret to radiant health, happiness and longevity is mindful living, then knowing how to master our inner world is a life-skill worth gold.

One saving grace to see me power through my 25+ year career as a creative professional, working within fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven and sometimes toxic work-culture environments has been my daily ritual. I embraced each work day armoured with a morning mind-reset, memo of intention and beauty pouch filled with natural goodness to boost morale and inspire creativity and calm under pressure. As a confessed workaholic with boundless energy for creative thinking and learning, I discovered ‘sensorial beauty for wellbeing’ became my lifestyle and has proven so effective during times of stress, grief, sickness or fatigue. 

apricus by nature is a cultivation of lifestyle values mixed with wisdom from hard life lessons and beautiful blessings. I’m an ocean-loving Australian now living by the sea in Wales or Spain.
