Group Relaxation Soundbath Sessions are specifically scripted to induce deep relaxation to provide scientifically-proven therapeutic benefits to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and provide essential brain rest for optimum mind health.

Corporate Group Relaxation Sessions are designed to help boost morale, creativity and productivity in the workplace. Sound scripted to suit industry mood. Please email nurture@apricusbynature.uk for corporate booking enquiries.

Details: 45 mins to 1 hour. 18+ years. Bring own yoga mat or blanket. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. Bring water to hydrate after the session. A client consent form is provided on payment and required prior to attending a session. Various locations or we can come to you.

This is a sensorial experience perfect to share with a favourite person. (Bestie, parent, grand parent, partner, sibling, kindred soul, work colleague or someone you wish to rekindle a deeper connection with.) This workshop combines the art of expression using colours and scents and is a unique way to connect authentically. Art play provides an innocence to express without inhibition. Work in pairs (or solo) to create your own sensorial stories. Our facilitator will guide the art session and help you translate your colourful story into an intuitive essential oil blend. Learn more about self and/or each other as your inner world opens up via creative expression. No art skills required.
